Using Color Your Memories

Upload photos you have the right to use, get coloring pages back, keep them in your own private library. Be kind, don't upload things you shouldn't, and we'll keep your family memories private.

You need an account to create or store coloring pages. Accounts are for adults — parents and carers using the app with their family. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; anything done from your account is treated as done by you.

You keep ownership of every photo you upload and every coloring page and artwork made from it. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your images privately, process them into coloring pages, and show them back to you.

You confirm that you have the right to upload each photo, including permission from any other adults in it, and that you are responsible for photos of children in your care.

A coloring page is a mechanical transformation of your photo into line art. We aim to preserve the people, poses, framing and composition faithfully, and reject results that drift from your photo. We cannot promise a particular artistic result for every photo — low light, heavy blur or very busy scenes produce weaker lines.

• Free Starter — 5 coloring page generations per calendar month, at no cost.
• Family — 100 generations per calendar month for $9 per month.

Allowances are counted per calendar month and reset at the start of the next one. A generation is only counted when it produces a page — if a generation fails, the credit is returned automatically.

Card payments are handled by our payment processor. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them, and cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding the current period. Running out of allowance, cancelling, or moving back to the free plan never removes or locks the pages and books you have already saved.

Paid subscriptions are not switched on in every environment yet. Where they are not, the app says so instead of taking a payment.

Please don't use Color Your Memories to:

• upload photos you have no right to use, or images of people who object;
• upload sexual content involving anyone, or any content involving minors;
• upload illegal, hateful, or harassing material;
• attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or work around plan allowances.

We may suspend an account that does these things. Where we can, we'll tell you first.

This is a young product and features can change. We'll give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you get on a paid plan. The service is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Please keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable — you can download every page you make.

You can stop at any time: delete your pages and books to remove the stored images, and email us to have the account itself removed. Full one-click account deletion is on the way.
